Greetings
Our company was founded in 1951, as Katsuobushi (dried bonito) Store. Kezuribushi (flaked bonito) is natural condensed umami flavor, which is food product and seasonings mainly used in Japan.
"We produced Nigama Dashi®, condensed dashi, by hot water extraction, our unique method.
To take advantage of this technique, we are planning to commercialize Katsuo dashi, Konbu dashi, Udon dashi, Soba soup, Chinese style dashi, and Western style dashi."
"In addition to Himeji manufacturing plant (Kezuribushi), in 2005, we have established Kasai manufacturing plant (liquid dashi). Thus we now have the ability to ship liquid dashi from 200mL (0.2L) to maximum 18L. Also, our Kasai plant has obtained ISO22000 in 2007, and FSSC22000 in 2011, in addition to Organic JAS certification. "
